No scalable design system — only a static UI kit used inconsistently
Designers lacked process, ownership, and quality control frameworks
This resulted in reactive product development, inconsistent UX, and lack of confidence in decision-making.

If I were to approach this again, I would introduce analytics and research earlier to accelerate validation and reduce initial ambiguity.
